Never used Randall Model 23 Gamemaster . This is out of a collection of 71 knives i purchased. This is a beautiful knife. Came with a Randall zippered pouch and no sheath. I made the custom sheath with Sedgwick English bridal leather. Machine stitched. Perfect fit.
