This is the newest Randall release. The model 28, the Woodsman. I have two for sale, one green micarta and one black micarta. Both are gorgeous knives decked out with Nickle Silver hilt ($20 upgrade over the standard brass hilt) and the optional black sheath (factory charges $25 for this option). Both options are at an additional factory cost ($45 total) and add value and perhaps rarity to the knives. The grind on these knives in among the best I've seen in any knife I've ever owned. Simply beautiful.
Both knives are new from the factory, never sharpened or otherwise molested. They will come to you delivered in the same butcher paper in which they were shipped to me. They also come with the sharpening hone that Randall Made Knives provides. Neither knife has even been placed in it's sheath.
Randall's specs are as follows:
"I ) Model #28-4 1/2" Woodsman
4 1/2" blade of 3/16" stainless steel stock. Drop point hunter blade. Full tang handle construction. 4 1/4" handle length. Single brass hilt. Green micarta handle material (black available). Border patrol shape. Top of blade notched for thumb placement. Wrist thong with brass ferrule. Sturdy overall construction. Excellent skinning and outdoors knife. Extra features offered: Nickel silver hilt and name etching. Supplied with Model B sheath.
8 oz."
Current delivery time is 58 months (close to 5 years) if you order today from Randall. Have either now for $535 $499. Shipping and handling is priority mail insured for $15. Check my feedback and buy with confidence. :thumbup:
