Yes, travelin' does have its perks (purques?) - but after visiting (in order) Washington, Oregon, Texas, Belize-CA, Guatamala-CA, Texas, Oregon, Washington (home); Washington, Oregon, Washington (home); Idaho, British Columbia-CAN, Washington, Idaho (the record's stuck, the record's stuck); Washington, and California (a week back in the home state, hiking the Sequoia's, yeah)...in a month point five, it's really freakin' good to be back in NW Montana for a bit...

With a Glacier NP hike scheduled for tomorrow and Sunday (I hiked part of the Jewel Basin/Swan Range today - lotta snow up there, I turned back at hip deep w/no shoes)...it's all good. Plus, lucky me, my new GF is a long legged 5'10" redhead with a great sense of humor...and, as some would say, that's a must for slummin' around with a bum like me...
