Randall Trivia Ques?

I have a model #1 and just noticed after a month of ownership that the sheath has really cool snaps. Hey I been to busy staring at the beautiful knife to notice. Ok not only does it have the randall name but a pic of a knife.

What model Randall is it if any ??

I dont' think they ever made that Scymitar (not spelled right)

blade looking knife!!
It is the same shape as the ones on their stamp???
I think it's closest to their Big Bear Bowie??
I'm not a Randall expert my any means!!

Knife on snaps is a copy of their logo knife. There has never been a Randall made that is represented by this knife, to the best of my knowledge.

Hello,

I think the Scimitar thing was kind of borrowed by Randall as a Mark from the Late William Scagle, as he used that mark on his blades . Randall just Put one at each end of his Mark on his blades. And as memory serves me The Simitar mark Stamps William Scagle used were all Hand made by himself.

not a historian but maybe i am right,,,,who knows..
