Quick photos of a proto we got in. We are going to make some minor changes such as adding the MOLLE cross straps to the shoulder straps. These will be offered in colors. They are very heavily built and high quality. Water bladder compatible. 3 compartments with compression straps. Shoulder and waist straps stow in the back of the pack out of sight and out of the way in case you just want to use this as a carry bag on a plane. We do not have all the specs on this yet as far as cubic inches, etc. Mike knows more about this project than I do so he may be able to answer more of the questions. Should be shipping these to customers around the beginning of Spring. No pricing yet. Made in Colombia.

Looks pretty tough. I'm in the market for a new pack before spring. Can't wait to see the final product and price.

I think I will wait, and use my old pack just a little longer ...
This looks worth waiting for ...

Couple of questions:

What is it made of, is it real Cordura?

Is the waist strap removable as well as stowable? Waist straps on packs that size usually hit me in the lower ribs.

Similar to the Falcon II. But the rest was designed mostly by some anti-narco guys in Colombia with Mike and I doing some tweaking. It's pretty heavy duty!

Dude. That's a serious lookin backpack. Looks like good quality. Great stuff. This particular product isn't for me, BUT! I do like the direction you guys are going in! I love the idea of you guys putting out a better quality of gear as apposed to just knives. I think once your final models come out you'll have the knives covered. Expanding to gear is a very smart way to go and I think that there's a lot of good you guys can do. Lawd Jesus knows we need some smarter guys making better quality gear that is designed for real world. One thing I'd like to see you guys take a shot at, if you get down this road and you like designing the gear, is a more conspicuous pack, something just as versatile and easy to make your own as the Maxpedition stuff, but with concealed molle strapping and made to look like a normal pack. Anyways, great stuff. I'm very excited to see where this stuff goes.

Not sure what denier the nylon cordura is but will find out. Again, this is a proto and we don't have all the specs yet.

:eek:Oh Damn!! Thats a great lookin pack.

Price point?

Is it a fairly high ride pack?

Looks great Jeff. I will probably grab one when you get them into production and up for sale. The only thing I see right off the bat is you might want to consider a 1-2" channel along where the spine meets the padding so you get airflow there and don't build up sweat.

I dig. I've been looking at backpacks to get for the coming spring. I may just hold out till we see whats going to happen with this one.

Thanks for all the hard work you guys do!

I was considering a Maxpedition pack but this looks like what I need. I will keep looking for this to be released.

I sure like it but I would like it more if it were made in the US. I guess you gotta do what you gotta do.
