GREAT PICTURES OF THAT HORNED Lizard! Now you see why they are called "horned toads"

I haven't had a chance to catch one of these yet, but fellow herpers say they do run crazy like.
 
Its my second time i did catch one of the horned toads. They tend to not move in hopes you dont see them..
 
they supposed to shoot blood but i never were rough when i picked it up. Holding him in my hand he seemed to relax and pick up the warmth from my hand..
Rocky there is nothing like going to the ocean.. Riding the bike for a couple of hours on the beach would clear anyone mind..

Man I really need to move.
its been gray and raining here for a week. Bleah.
The sun came out today for an hour and my mood drastically improved!
Its amazing how a bit of sun can make you feel better.
I really need to move somewhere where there is regular sunshine.
 
Those are great pics, reptiles are my favourites and those Horned Lizards are one of the most amazing !!!

Tholiver i do like the sun alot but sometimes i wish it was more green out here.. Right now most places you go hiking are plain brown and grey. But if you want to move, CA is a nice place.
Pitdog i still got a ways to go to post as nice pics as you do.. But im working on it lol. It is actualy rare to see the horned toads. I seen one of them eat ants one time spend about 20min or so just sitting and watching.. Didnt try and catch it as i didnt want to bother it while eating.
