Sometimes I wish I was one dimensional. In that situation (*buying only a certain Maker's knives), I think I'd stop buying after I had a duplicate or two of each knife I wanted...and I know I wouldn't like every single one offered.
The last few months have been insane because I have severe "knife ADHD" and just can't seem to control myself. I almost posted, just yesterday or the day prior, that it would be a miracle if I made it through all these Holiday sales without having to declare bankruptcy. I've really had to control myself over just the last few days and just keep telling myself (*out loud if need be), "You don't need that."
