The Smoked Fried Turkey turned out freaking awesome!! A little smoke flavor and that delicious deep fried goodness! Thank you yoko !!

I can't wait to try this out!!!

Me and 2 others guys at work are going to give it a try with different methods!

brine, inject, then one we'll brine and inject and see the one we like best!

Looking for another car for Abby. I have so many more options now, now that I no longer need to worry about long-term repair and maintenance costs and reliability issues. I don't need to keep getting Toyota's. Hey look, here's a 2010 Audi Quattro. What a cool car. Not a practical car but what does that matter, I'm only run one or two tanks of gas through it before it gets totaled.

I need to stop looking at reliability and maintenance expenses and focus more on things like rear bumper construction etc.

Maybe a nice regular cab short bed pickup next time.
They’re pretty safe and it’s easy to replace the bed when it gets rear ended.

I ordered up an Exotac Titanlight last night. Why? I have Bics and Zippos but I like the look, the reviews on these are really good and I like the fact they’re sealed to prevent the fluid from evaporating like a Zippo will. Guess I just NEEDED another lighter lol.

I'm going through my head to try and think how I would process that and its complicated but not overly so.

very clean work right there. not easy to do but less complicated than you'd think. order of operations is important

They are great. Blows Zippo out of the water, imo.

Zippos offer convenience of the one handed open imo. for camping and backpack storage however I agree zippo falls very short on storability with fluid.

It’s Friday, not sure what day it actually feels like yet . Got to make a trip to the post office here in a little bit, then might go to the hardware store with the boys and see if they still have some light up Christmas reindeers on sale for the front yard.
