Detroit beats GB 20-16 to knock GB out of the playoffs. 👏

This sets up a better match up for the Niners vs Seattle in the wildcard game next week. The Niners have beaten Seattle 2x's already this year. No reason why they shouldn't be able beat Seattle again as long as they do what they did before.

Go Niners!!!! 👏

The Detroit fans are STILL celebrating on TV (over 15 mins after the end of the game). The Lions' coach said at the start of the game that their sole objective was to knock GB out of the playoffs and they did just that!

Random thought

Here's a business model for you. They could have a person at the grocery store to take your bananas from you as you're checking them out and just go ahead and throw them away for you. It would save you the step of having to take them home and letting them rot before you throw them away which would help reduce fruit flies and help streamline your overall banana experience.

We learned this quick as the children became older , they both would eat bananas like crazy, the older they became... they would eat them here and there ..... then fruit flies

We had our first REAL fruit fly infestation this year. Took well over a week to finally get rid of them all. They multiply like crazy. Killed thousands of them.

I'm a Packers fan, and we just flat-out did not deserve to be in the playoffs this year, even if we had beaten the Lions. And then Quay Walker went and got himself thrown out for being a smooth-brained hothead... again. And Rasul Douglas inexplicably just wanders into the Lions' field goal unit and slaps the ball away so they can move from a miss-able field goal into a point-blank one. And Aaron Jones fumbles again, and Aaron Rodgers throws picks again, and basically the Packers just all-around proved that they wanted to be in the playoffs even less than the Lions wanted them to be there.

Even if we had beaten the Lions, the 49ers are just a better team, and it would have been a repeat of 2020 where the 49ers humiliated them in the NFC championship game.

Of course, Tampa Bay doesn't deserve to be in the playoffs, either, and yet here we are just because they suck the least out of their division.
