Foam Roller
Tiger Tail
Thera Cane

These are the three usual tools I use when I need to work out a trigger point or muscle knot. They've helped a bunch over the years with various injuries from lifting, or just structural (back, rotator cuff, calf, quad etc) issues.

I just ordered a foam roller tiger tail and a ball bearing thing from Amazon. Got a while kit for $40 shipped. Hoping I get in on a cancellation because I can’t get into chiropractor until Thursday. Thank guys.

Fingers crossed you get the call to come on in. Sure do hope Amazon gets to you first thing tomorrow and you get some relief out of that kit. Lots of good tips here from the guys too.

Yesterday I learned that phones have several LDI (Liquid Damage Indicator) strips in them in various places. I was going to trade in my phone and upgrade it, but someone told me to make sure that mine wasn't set off. Which it definitely was since I've dropped it in water while hunting.

So I guess I won't be doing a trade in.😞

Yep. Put in there mostly for women who carry their phone in their butt pocket and drop the phone in the toilet when going to the bathroom. Not kidding. Still funny though, and don't ask my wife how I know.

If I knew where the strips were on my Pixel 5a, I would dab a little Wite-Out on it. Seeing as I haven't used Wite-Out in decades for anything else. :D
