I am sure many of you are teenage at heart, like myself, and once I got my dream car, I wanted to make this type of key.
Thankfully we have a wonderful community here and the amazingly generous one and only yoko yoko was able to paint this hot wheels car the correct color for me.

Is it perfect? No. Did I learn a thing or two? Yes.
I went a little different direction with my custom car key😂

Such an awesome project of yours !!!!!

Was out with the leaf blower a little bit ago and my older neighbor from across the street came out to talk

He said " you're into knives right? I have this sitting around from my father when he was in the service in WWII"

He hands me this knife and tells me to keep it........

It's pretty awesome ! I'm going to try and find out more about it!!!

What a cool gift! I’m curious what you learn about it.

So far this

"New Zealand Knuckle knife from WW2, that is sometime mistakenly called an Australian knife. It's not. With various blades and the same alloy hilt they were made by NZ Cutlers Company of Auckland in early 1940's. Issued to NZ Army personel in the Pacific with two edged dagger blade and the Bowie type blade for RNZAF air force crew (see photo of RNZAF aircrew on truck). Some turned up with NZ troops in the Italy campaign and these were also poplar with the US Marines in Pacific in 1942/43"

Really cool! You should ask Matt from Zu Bladeworx, as he's both down under and linked into the region's armed forces.
