Utility power came back on last night right before I went to bed, which allowed me to get switched back over before turning in for the night.

Our power utility we use here North Carolina is Duke energy. They were showing 1.3 million people without power yesterday but they put a dent in that. They're down to 1.1 now.
 
Blues has been in my thoughts. I received some photos from near Grandfather mountain NC (couldn't be more than 90 minutes from Blues). Anyone who knows this area will be stunned. I bet Blues has a full freezer at least. I think I remember him talking about getting a generator a while back!

I am very glad you are back with power.

I was just reading there is no cell service in Asheville and no internet in many areas.

I hope he is hunkered down. Great timing for him to have gotten the generator.
