Interestingly, I just recently learned that endoscopy as a procedure was inspired by sword swallowers. Begs the question then, what type of blade inspired the "swallowing" via the other end? Nathan, the floor is all yours!

Guess I should have asked before, but which prep did you have?

The one that seems to be the most tolerable, while giving good results, is the Gatorade/Powerade + MiraLAX prep. It’s pretty much like chugging 64oz of Gatorade over 2-3 hours, as the MiraLAX doesn’t really have any flavor.

Not a fan of the magnesium citrate prep.

If it made you throw up, the one that has the tendency to do that is GoLytely . That stuff is plain NASTY. It’s like a gallon of slightly greasy sweat

BTW, for all the Toyota owners;

The 25% off Toyota Parts sale is live again. Different dealers tend to have different prices, so I’d do some price checking, but I usually order from Fred Anderson Toyota in North Carolina, as I’ve consistently found the best total prices there. Free shipping at $75+, and for some reason they tend to tack on extra discounts at checkout, so the price winds up closer to 40% off (and that’s off their listed prices, which are often ALREADY discounted/lower than other sites).

For example, the 0w16 oil spec’ed for my Toyota is regularly $6.xx at Fred Anderson. My local dealership wants $8.xx and will not price match. The last time I ordered 50qts and filters from FA during one of these sales, after taxes with the free shipping, it worked out to just over $4/qt, and $2/filter, so I do my own oil change easily and quickly for ~$22 instead of the ~$150 the dealership wants to charge. I can’t even find 5qts of Mobil1 and a filter for that, and the oil analysis of the Toyota 0w16 shows that it’s one of the best 0w16 formulations available.

Amusingly enough, I literally just did the oil change this morning. Rhino Ramps + Valvomax easy drain valve = really quick and easy.
