I miss more snowy winters! We don't get much compared to what it was like growing up in Iowa.

I will admit my hands do occasionally get cold as I get older, but I'd still be perfectly content living somewhere it never got over 50 degrees. I actually own gloves and a jacket or two these days.

And I did recently kinda apologize to my brothers for always giving them such a hard time when they complained about it being so cold growing up ... damn whiners.

It's been odd the past few years in the toledo area .... barely any snow

Of all the 2x4s I've tasted (and I been around, son...), pine nuts are definitely the best. Exspeshily toasted. I tried toasting some framing-grade Weyherhauser lodgepole one time, and yeah, pine nuts for the wins.
