holy shit, dude! A Sachs and Moots, too...you know I'm a bike guy, right? ;)
Yup, I’ve known Sachs for many years. That’s a cross bike from Chester. The first one I posted was made by Peter Weigle who lives a few miles from Chester. The Moots is great, as well as the Hampsten made by Ken Eriksen (founder of Moots). There is a yellow Pegoretti in the back; the theme of the custom paint job is Freud. I used to be a big Colnago fan, but now I prefer ti frames.

I started riding competitively at fourteen or so on a Legnano. That was decades ago. Now I only ride by myself. I believe cycling is the result of a chromosomal malfunction. Either you have it or you don’t. If you do, you can’t avoid it. The design and building of frames is a fascinating world too.

Hey, sorry for the rant, brother man. But I said it, it’s a genetic malady. Cheers.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I've got a 14hp brushless electric setup from my R/C truck addiction...been meaning to try to hack it onto the old school GT BMX laying around, couldn't be too difficult

Back around 86 I spent all of the money I had saved up, $232, on a GT Performer. I loved that bike! Ended up cracking the frame because I spent a lot of time in the air with it, too much for the frame but not enough for me- there’s never enough time flying through the air on a BMX!
Even though my disability keeps me off of it, I still have the Haro Group 1A Pro Series XL frame and fork that I built up around 91. The last time I was on it gave me a feeling that I would equate to flying the newest generation jet fighter, not that I have. B09766E5-AFF1-4D46-9C58-F41AA5406762.jpeg

Pics still sideways, I’ll figure this out eventually.
