This one has another forged W2 blade with a full quench and belt finish. The handle is framed with titanium and covered with stag scales. I made that sheath too.

Fantastic Bruce! I've got a question on the handle construction on this one. It looks almost as if the end of the handle is taller than the ricasso. Is that a trick of light or is it a 2 part tang or something like that?

Thanks for sharing!

Ding Dang it Bruce, you better slow down. I've been working on the same steel/knife for 4 days and its still a long ways from finished and you've posted 4 or 5, you must have every kid in the neighborhood trained to work for cookies and milk. :D :D

Another beauty as always,

Bruce, you have to stop buying all these Pakistani knives and dressing them up with new sheaths.

Seriously, You have really turned out some outstanding blades lately (as always). Congrats.

Ha Ha, so that's the way Bruce does it eh?
I'll say one thing, there are going to be some happy collectors pretty soon when Bruce lets go of these. I bet they're already all but sold.
Good going there Bruce-meister!

Dang Bruce ! That is " Bad to the Bone " !! If you don't mind me asking, what size wheel did you grind the hollows with ?

Thanks guys for the kind words.

deker; It has a long narrow tang inside of a titanium framed handle. The tang is pinned with 2 pins. The lighter Titanium helps offset the weight of the stag and gives the whole knife a quicker feel. I like this coffin shaped handle for this style of knife.

Bill: Those neighbor kids work cheap:)

Stacy: Thanks buddy for letting out my secret:)

Robert: Yeah they are sold. I just had the pics on my hard drive and wanted to share something besides the pistol/folder.

David: These hollows are gound on a 5" wheel. It gives good control because it falls to the bottom of the groove and stays there. I like it best on these double edge knives. Be sure the blank is thick enough to begin with because it removes allot of steel. BTW I harden and temper before grinding the hollows on these daggers. It solves any and all warping problems.

Thank you very much Bruce
