anyone own/use one?
i've been eyeing them up for a long time, and i think it's time for me to find one for myself.
any thoughts on the leather sheath versus the plastic? any in use pictures?
anyone have one they'd love to send me? haha
i've found it a little hard to get info on them, so any and all hearsay or first hand knowldge would be greatly welcomed!

i'm not interested in "for the money i'd get this" or "in its catagory i would go for that instead" we all have knives that just sneak up on us and won't leave us alone. this is mine haha

There were a couple of very good reviews of this knife last year.....Perhaps somebody with the search skills can find them and link them. Looks like a very good and stout knife. Not exactly a puuko, more like a tactical utility knife.

check out all the custom leukus in the makers' forums too, there are some outstanding pieces in there. I picked one up last week.

here's the composite version. i like the idea of being able to duct tape it to a strap and not effect the sheath. it's certainly something different.

I have wanted that knife for years and a little google work found a review (not in english) with some pictures of the leather sheath being carried inverted on some LBE. That little leather strap on the front of the sheath had a strap going through it.

I have the 5" version, the M107. I am not really a fan of rubber handles, but other than that the knife is great. It slices vegetables better than most knives of 3/16 thickness. It carves wood pretty well and has a pretty sturdy tip. I like it a lot.
