I love this folder

Thanks again Raphael I will be looking for your emails

Matt you are way to good to me buddy :)

There are very few folding knives that make me look twice.....and then a third and a fourth time just by the pictures alone. This one I must have looked at at least 10 times....and I'm pretty sure I'll be visiting this thread again. It's just plain gorgeous. (And I usually don't even like micarta all that much but on this knife it just looks right)

That is easily one of the best looking folders I have seen. A truly superb score indeed.

Perhaps if it's not too much trouble you could PM me with some contact info. ? :).....

I can not tell you how much I am enjoying this knife

From the moment I saw it I thought it was wonderful

It locks up like a vault and feels so solid and wonderful in the hand you would think it was a fixed blade

Because this piece does not have a liner it is very light but seems to be incredible strong .... Virtually no play at all

Truly an impressive piece in every way

This folder garnered a lot of comments at the show and I am very pleased its mine :)

JOe,

I'd seen pics of the folder Berno posted earlier, but not this one 'til now.

That's just great. The blade's super and the handle shaping is perfect.

Now that's an inspiration from blade!

I really would like to get a folding knife, especially the Drop. Where can I buy it from Spain. I have trying all the weapons webs but all are discontinued... Any idea. Thanks

That is the first folder I have ever wanted to own. I captures everything I love in a fixed blade (harpoon clip, black micarta, sculpted handle, no bolster or guard)

I like both Raphael Durand Drop 105, carbon fiber and bois de fer, but I don' know where to buy them. Any comments or idea please?

Google Raphael's name and see what you can find

I am currently working to hopefully be able to make some of this great artists work available here :)

Ok, that would be great! I will be waiting..., and while, let see what I can find. I will be in contact. Thanks

I have a piece of raphael, design by sam.

Light as a feather to stay in my suit of real estate agent.

There's a picture, sorry, it's an old one.

I know this is an old thread. But I got to hold one of these last Saturday at the Gembloux knifeshow.

It's amazing. Smooth, well finished in every way and the design is just perfect(in my eyes anyway).

I'll be saving my pennies for one of these.
