Raptor 2 by Steve Likarich

That is a heck of a knife.

The reason that the use of the search system is preached is so that people don't post about the same thing over and over.

This fellow had a legitimate addition to a worthy thread. Who cares if it's old. Cuda also qualified himself on his extractioin. I want to see where it says threads are only for archival use only.

First post and the thread police are all over him... :thumbdn:

Thanks for your comments. I like this thread and the maker. Welcome to BladeForums.

Thanks for the welcome. Why is it considered bad form to revive an old thread?
Just because it died a long time ago, I guess. It's recommend to post a link instead.
Very nice knives, though. I really like the integral on your front page.

Great knives you have there. Especially that Likarich. He is THE filework KING!

After that visit, I recommend you to this thread for a little photo guidance. I think it will help you.

Thanks for the compliments, guys. And Coop, thank you for the photo tutorial - I can sure use that. :)

I agree about Likarich's filework... his talent is amazing.

Personally I have no problem with this thread being brought back up. My comment was in regard to his statement about forums preaching about using the search feature. That preaching is not done to promote the resurrecting of old threads. It is so that people don't go asking the same questions and posting about the same things that have been posted dozens of times before.

71cuda, that Likarich you have is very nice.

Hey Guys, almost every time I've ever seen a newbie bring up an old thread they are politely asked not to bring it up, but post a link to it.
IF I've overstepped my bounds or misinterpreted something, I apologize, but I thought that's the way BF etiquette worked.

WM, I probably had too much coffee that morning. You have twice as many posts as me, so maybe you have seen ettiquette stuff I haven't.

No biggie. In the end it's all worked out.
