Hey Folks,
I have one of my RAPTOR compact hawks available for purchase. These hawks are 9.5" OAL and weigh just 1lb. 4oz. making them a good candidate for that next pack trip or as a CQB backup weapon. While these hawks in particular have a decidedly tactical slant they work excellent for quartering and skinning out medium to large game animals in the field. The steel is 3/8" 80CRV2 with a Rc. of 59. The tangs are fully tapered giving these axes the proper head weight necessary for an efficient chopper. Comes in OD Green micarta scales with black felt lined Holstex scabbard. Blade finish is my etched primeval finish. $375 shipped.
