Rare Al Mar Shugoto Tanto 11.25"

Hello everybody! I have this pretty hard to find Al Mar Shugoto for sale from my collection. The knife is overall in great shape, I have never sharpened it myself since i have owned it. However, there are light surface scratches on both sides, i assume they were caused by a kydex sheath? You cant feel them when you rub your finger across and they are mostly visible when viewed under the light, still an excellent piece and if there was anyway to buff it up it could be mint.
