Rare Antique Gamblers Kit w/Pistol

The kit includes a very old deck of steamboat cards that includes the hard to find "Joker" card (Deck isn't Complete), 2 hand carved bone dice with a solid copper shaker cup, Period correct wood case, A set of clay poker chips and a pistol. Yes that's correct a PISTOL! The little gun has maker's marks and the number 85 on it. After doing some research and reaching out to various auction houses it was determined that this is a Belgian Flobert from the 1880s which puts it right there with the rest of the items in this kit. The little pistol isn't functioning (spring from hammer to trigger missing) which is normal for these kits as they're meant for display. However I was told by a gun smith that this can easily be fixed! I have an preliminary appraisal from an auction house at $800-$1200 and can share that email from them privately. I WILL NOT SHIP TO ANYONE IN CALIFORNIA BECAUSE OF THE BS I'D HAVE TO GO THROUGH. Even though this little guy is pre 1899 Commiefornia requires a ton of BS just to ship it even though it's not functioning. I'm only asking $350 shipped for it because of the condition and if I were to send to auction they would charge fees. This is an awesome conversation piece for a killer price. Higher end kits sell for thousands!!! I don't want to sell it but LIFE HAPPENS!
