David Beck B7 w/leather sheath by maker

O1 steel, black micarta scales. I got this 2nd hand and the seller told me that it was used to field dress two deer and touched up with a ceramic rod before going into storage for many years. I sent some pictures of it to David Beck and he replied that it, "was probably made around the mid-early '90's. It still looks to be in pretty good condition. You don't see many of those around anymore." The edge is crisp and sharp. You can see that there is some pretty dark patina and some wear on the blade bevels, and there are some nicks and scratches on the scales. Nevertheless, it feels great in hand. In some of the pictures below, the tip looks a little rounded, but it's not, just dark and therefore doesn't show very clearly in photos.

Overall length: about 6.25"
Blade length: about 3.75"
Blade thickness: 0.18" at spine near scales

$225 TYD SOLD
