Hello Blade Forums,
Up for your consideration is a gem from my rare personal collection. This is an extremely rare early 2000's prototype custom Gun Hammer pre-production prototype. The flipper tab is modeled after the iconic 1911 45. acp hammer hence, the name "Gun Hammer".
This is an A/O model with a premium S30V tanto blade in a black stonewashed DLC finish and a black stonewashed anodized aluminum ergonomic tactical (ETAC) grip handle, 3D machined from aircraft grade aluminum with a military Type III hard coat. Comes with a brown leather DDR emboldened padded black nylon pouch.
An exquisite collectors piece. It has never been sharpened or carried. All specs is as was in the original form as provided from Darrel's workbench.
Action fires strong and has just the right amount of moderate detent to keep it recessed when not in use. Blade favors lock side ever so slightly but, does rub or impede with action whatsoever. There is minimal blade play but, only if strongly forcing its movement. Closes easily with one hand.
Condition is mint! This is a custom; NOT an HTM or Kizer production model. Looking to pass on to a new owner for a steal of deal at$old
