Rare Earth Magnets in Folders

Magnets destroy credit cards.
Very true, and I mentioned that in my long-winded story about carrying a magnet around for a while.
Most people keep their credit cards in their wallets, and most people only have their wallet in that pocket, so the magnet in the locking mechanism wouldn't accidentally come in contact with a credit card.

Jim,
You make a good point, I was only thinking of ways to keep the blade closed or opened using one magnet, but two would likely make operation much easier.

Hear Hear Salem... Who's bringin the scotch?

I'll bring the scotch if someone else gets the cigars. Laphroaig ok?

Laphroaig? have ye no Talisker?

Never tried Talisker, I'm still a poor college student, so it's hard to beat Laphroaig for the money. You're lucky I didn't say Bowmore legend (although I think even that's pretty good for the money too).
