These scales are 5 year ++ air dried scales cut form a slab of the fanciest Curly Oregon Myrtlewood I have ever seen. The curl on these is very tight and the color is a wonderful Satin Honey blonde with smoky bands running through it.. The lighting of the pics does not do them justice. These are large well laid out scales with tight grain and free of any defects or knots.
The dimensions are .375+ thick by 2" + wide by 5.5" + long. Wood this stable and well cured can be used as is or sent for stabilizing.
