(SOLD PENDING FUNDS) A painful catch and release. Bought this 2019 Specter off of BF last Wednesday, only to have a Nadeau VoidXL pop up yesterday. The VoidXL is a knife I've looked for for almost 2 years, even had a "WTB" ad running here for one until last night. As elegant and refined as this iridescent blue Specter V3 is, with its light weight, hand polished blade finish, and drop-shut action, I had to choose. And the VoidXL wins this time. lol... I might regret my choice once the VoidXL arrives, but you pays your monies and you takes your chances.
Also, as the original owner/seller described this Holt in last Wednesday's ad on BF :
"The Kraut Specter. This was the knife that was used for the Kraut Pizza contest. This is one of the only named, unnumbered Specters ever made. Was never used or carried. One small mark I saw on the clip."
The mark on the clip is too small for my camera to pick up. Have a look at the original ad, as he was able to capture it. It is negligible, and very hard to see even with the knife in hand.
