Rare Kershaw Offset

This is a brand new discontinued knife of the year awarded Kershaw Offset. Very hard to find especially new! First I'll take it gets it - 295$ shipped
Fires out very hard and smooth and everything is perfect on it.

I have a question I am new to collecting Kershaw's and I found two brand new in box offsets at my local knife shop one black G10 handle and one black and white aluminum handle the black G10 handle is a first production run and the black and white handled is a limited edition I can only afford to get one which one should I go for they both are $200 each?
