Here's a day I thought would never come, but I need to get some cash really quick, so, I thought to myself, what would sell fast, this is what I came up with.
Maybe the rarest TnT I have ever owned, I know it's the smoothest. This TnT aside from being very rare, is perfect cosmetically and functionally, has never been carried, nor cut a hair. Not a scuff or blemish anywhere.
Large 3.5", razor sharp hawkbill of 6K Stellite, flawless hand rubbed satin finish, with probably the rarest and most sought after hole pattern, the MOA (minute of angle) pattern, for the non shooters out there, the holes are made to look like a pattern/group of bullet holes fired from a rifle at long range, as a sniper might shoot in practice. You almost never see MOA TnT's, and, particularly on a large hawkbill. Further, how often have you seen a large hawkbill, most of them are much smaller, large 3.5" hawkbills are almost as rare as the MOA pattern is for hole patterns, and, I may be wrong, but I don't believe Tom makes a larger hawkbill.
As I said, this action is the smoothest I have ever felt, and that's saying something since all TnTs are wicked smooth, the blade sits dead center, the ball detent is extremely crisp and precise, lockup is a wet dream, exactly where it should be. Functionally perfect.
I would have preferred to offer my Dr. D, but, it won't sell as easily or quickly as this one should, and, I need the $ fast, because I just saw a Fisk that I fell in love with, the only way I can swing it is to sell this, and add it to some $ gained from another knife I just sold the other day.
So, here is a rare chance for you to pick up one of the rarest and sweetest TnTs you'll come across, I'm not going to dump it, but I will price it at a firm $925, including fully insured, Priority shipping, which is a very fair price considering how rare and just plain cool this bad boy is. If it doesn't sell, well, maybe the Fisk wasn't meant to be mine.
I will take PayPal and eat the fees, or a postal MO is good too, first to email and say they'll take it, gets it. NO TRADES please, as the only reason for this sale is to fund the other knife I want. Sorry.
Thanks for looking, here she is, what a knife!
(Of course all pics of it become the property of the new owner. )
