Rare NICA Large Tanto Sebenza - Excellent

SOLD. This will be one I'll kick myself for later...but I have some other priorities that need attention.

For sale is my beautiful, and not so easy to come by, N.I.C.A. Large Tanto Sebenza. This one is sweet. I am not the original owner, and I do not have box or paper work with it. The blade appears original to me although I can't prove it. The edge is very sharp. Overall I'd say the blade is in exceptional shape. The clip side has some signs of pocket time with very light surface marks typical for titanium framelocks. The face side is nearly flawless and I can see no signs of use. The action is smooth as silk and the lockup and blade centering are dead-on. It is a beautiful example of some of the best knifework from those wonderful folks at the Chris Reeve shop.

However, the tanto Sebenzas were made for N.I.C.A., the National Independent Cutlery Association, as a limited edition special offer for their customers.

It's my understanding that the knives where made across a multiyear span up until a few years ago. So there may be both BG42 blades and S30v blades. BTW the new Nica sebenzas have been released with a price near $500, that you got a screamin good deal. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
