Does this hawk come with a sheath? What does SPD version mean?

It does have a sheath. Special Project Division, from Prometheus Design Werx. They have done some very limited runs of SPD items, this was one.
Hawk is now sold elsewhere.
I have one remaining Woodsman version that I would let go for $200. Its same as this one, but on approx 14” handle iirc.

This is what it will look like. I can get actual pics f this interests you. This is the one I recently sold, the remaining is essentially the same, but the hawk head sits a little closer to the end of the handle.
