This Buck 110 arrived a few days ago, its a nice one with pewter inlay handle and damascus blade they did not normally come with a damascus blade, this one is rare one.
Regards Tim
That is a beauty, Tim! Do you know the history of the pewter inlay Bucks? I've had this mirror polished 110 since 2004 and don't know any particulars about it. Who made them? Was it a annual series?
as i recall but could be wrong
the inlays were cast by a belt buckle company
i can not recall the name
i understand there were a total of 5 pewter versions
the eagle & deer mountain , mount Rushmore/sturges mc
one for a construction company
and one for the Buckle company itself..
all were supposed to have custom blades..
some very very few dont..
the extra one, deer mountain, i have does not..
every one knows i have a weak spot for the odd ones out..
