Here is a fantastic find if you collect American made automatic knives. This is a Hunters Pride by George Schrade and is probably 100 years old. It is a large knife 8 3/4” open and in excellent condition for its age. I would say the blade is 99% full but does have some very minor pitting and scratches. The marine pearl scales are in perfect condition having no chips or cracks. These knives were very well built and this one functions perfectly and locks up surprisingly well for its age. Antique American Switchblades has this knife listed at $1,300.00 in mint condition, I’m asking $800 shipped and 3.5% for PayPal.

I believe the Hunters Pride variation would have this etched on one side of the blade....I don't see this in your photos......that is something that would make a difference in the valuation of this particular brand of knife....in my opinion.....thanks Russ
