WOW. What a great thread. Those are some fantastic blades. Makes my 28 year Mark IV kinda pale in comparison. And I thought I had a rare sample when i found out it was 1 of 250.

Someone post their helix lock! Or lock 45!

Here is my Helix that I ordered and purchased from Chris in '85 it is No.4.
The Lock 45 below belongs to a close friend. My dagger above is also very rare..........

Those Lock 45s are the ones where you can swing the blade up and around in the "wrong" direction right? I've always thought those were kinda neat.

I've never heard of or seen a Helix before though. Is that ti on the front? I'd truly appreciate more pics. I'd also really like to know some stats. Pics of the dagger as well if you can. I've also never seen one of those.

Jeez, I'm showing my ignorance with aplomb tonight!

That is a rare and sought after OPK indeed. I have had my eye out for one as well but have never ever seen a single one for sale. I have tried everything from making French friends, kidnaping, threats and general extortion but all to no avail.

"Making French friends" Good God man have you no self respect..........! There's a knife trader here that goes to a few French shows, I must give him another nudge..........
