This is a wrap and weld tomahawk made from a ferriers rasp with a 1095 bit welded in also. The cutting edge is 2 5/8" wide and the head is 5 1/8" long.It has some simple fileowrk on the spine in front of the eye. The rasp texture was left on the eye. 19" long stained, oiled hickory haft with six brass studs. Price is $75 plus $10 for priority shipping with conformation. We accept paypal and money orders. Out of curiosity. Is this a tomahawk that can be beaten all to heck on a daily basis and come back asking for more, or something thats more decorative? LMK. Thanks.

Oh, it'll take a beating. I have one just like it that has been more trips around my fence line than I can count. Its been used and abused on our farm as a tool.
A lot of re-enactors buy these because they are made the same way traditional trade axes were made and are completely hand forged.

Great looking hawk and that sheath really completes the package in look and function. Perfect collaboration.:thumbup:
