This is a tomahawk made from a farriers rasp. The cutting bit is Aldo's 1095fg. The head is 5 1/2" long with a cutting edge that is 3 1/4" wide. The edge has a slight beard to it. The haft is actually figured walnut. The figure is light and dosnt show very well in the pics. Its finished with boiled linseed oil. The sheath is hand sewn 9oz leather finished with neatsfoot oil.
