Hey guys! Ive Been looking at the RAT Cutlery line (for EDC specifically) and i like what i see:) I have not had a chance to handle any knives first hand tho...My question is what should i go for? I like the RC-3 but do you think its too big for actual everday carry? I was thinking the pink izula would be better suited. What do you think?

Thanks. TJ

For EDC, I would go with the RC-3, RC-4, and IZULA. Might just carry my RC-3 tomorrow.

In what way do you EDC the RC3? Just wondering if this is an option for me to get rid of my big CRKT Prolite folder, that is strapped to my pocket every day.

I've been EDC'ing my RC-3 for a while now., it's very comfortable to carry and alot of times I don't even realize it's there. I drive a truck most days and I'm constantly in and out and it doesn't rub or catch on anything and is also barely noticeable when sitting.

I carry mine clipped on my belt(using the boot clip, it's easier to take on and off than the MOLLE lock and still very secure) with the sheath placed in between my belt and pants. I find that it holds it tighter to my body and thus is harder to see under my shirt when it's being carried. You can get the boot clip here, I ordered mine and they had it to me a few days later.

RC3 is perfect for EDC. If you want to conceal it, you can. If you carry it on your belt, it is unobtrusive. Yet, it is big enough to do what you need!!

I carry mine clipped to my belt just as fatheadhill described, it is very discreet and comfortable to carry. It is also big enough to get any daily task done.

My favorite way seems to be to feed my belt through the mole sheath system. Really stays in place then, and was less noticeable under a t-shirt than using a tek lok. I've comfortably carried an RC4 that way.
