So are you guys and gals gonna use these RAT pack knives or will they remain safe queens? I'll let my RC-4 do the hard work, but an unused RAT just doesn't feel right. :D

I plan on beating the hell outta mine, what else would I do with it? "it's a rat"!
 
(RAT knives) are made to be used.

I'll put the RP knife in my edc rotation along with my RC-3OD. It's either in a tek-loc @ 12:00, a KSF Hunter's Pocket sheath in my right front or right rear pocket or in a Merc Harness setup.
 
wow...so i got all the invoices in order today. then i made the boxes.

I gathered my supplies

Took me a little over an hour to make 125 of them. I sure hope the mr doesn't need anything from his side of the closet though.
 
Wow! Only an hour to put all of those together? I'd have gotten distracted in the first five minutes! :p
 
I'll bet that Landshark tastes great. Haven't had one of those in a while. And that is a lot of boxes. Just wanted to say thank you for the heads up on the extras. Paid Jeff yesterday. I have been wanting an RC3 for a while and now its even better... The RPRC3, just have to do without my RP# on mine since I was too broke to get in on the original buy. Thanks again.

Look at that, boys, she's hard at work in the bedroom for us!

That was just making the boxes. By the time she's done filling them and labeling them, there's going to be a case of empty beer bottles on the floor, and a couple empty bottles of Johnnie Walker next to a passed out Mrs. Shotty!

Wow! thanks for all the hard work and sharing the photos. I will treasure my RP knife not only for the hard work that RAT put into it but also for that the Shotgun family had to endure to get them shipped out to us. Thanks again for all that you guys do for the community
 
You definitely deserve a beer after doing all that. If you are ever in Washington state and near enough to me I will buy ya a beer and a shot.

I also feel your pain....After sealing around 850 pieces of mail by hand then applying the postage to all of them with a slow ass postage machine one by one I know your pain.

Perhaps it will be an empty bottle of mango rum. I just discovered how delicious it is. I might have to buy another bottle. The first bottle got put to good use a few nights ago. Apparently after 7 shots a woman of my size starts to lose feeling.
 
Kudos Mrs. Shotty-all this plus a few e-mails to me on Thanksgiving !!! You are indeed a gem to RAT Cutlery. I'm happy to have gotten a second chance for an RP knife. If I ever get to your neck of the woods a bottle of Mango Rum and a grandfatherly hug. :thumbup:

Well we are all excited about getting the RP knife, but considering the amount of work Mrs S has to do to get them out to us, how's about we just say thanks, and sit back and relax and let her do it as she can, ok? :)

I mean it isn't like she has three kids and a household to take care as well as us RC addicts or anything.....
 
and a paper to research and write :eek:.

i have no idea how i'm shipping. it depends on how they're packed in the box from Rowen. When I know....you'll know ;)
