RAT pack name change/Forum Knife information

The serial number that we already put on the blades will remain. We will be adding your pack number somewhere. Like I said I have to get with Jeff on those details.

If I remember correctly a certain someone bet his left nut there would be Orange. I believe you've lost the bet darling. You can mail that directly to Tony.:p

I'm excited to hear about this. And I'm glad there is no orange on this one. The ESEE-3 forum knife had orange handles. Personally, I'm not a fan of orange.

Sounds like a good idea all around. Glad it'll still be the Rat Pack. An affordable forum knife with RP# is a sweet deal. Thanks for all you guys (ESEE the Shotguners, our Mods) do for us here on the forums.

God bless,
Adam

That sounds great!

If you decide to do custom kydex sheaths it will be the bee's knees. I am definitely in on this, the Izula II is a GREAT very versatile knife at a great price.

Thanks for the information!

I like the name RatPack. The Izula is also a knife I don't have which would fill a niche. The closest I have is my HEST, which is a different animal. I would kind of like orange handles, but that's a small detail. I like the decisions. Thanks.

Yes, thanks to everyone involved with the board. You guys go above and beyond what other people will.

now i know when ill be getting an izula 2..

just a suggestion on the numbers: RP773, keep it simple and we know what it means. does not have to say rat pack so that nobody else's mark is used.

I've been planning to order a "normal" Izula soon cause I just got back from my trip to Sweden... Seems like that plan will be delayed and modified a bit :p

Keep up the good work @ the Shotgunner family and all those great guys and girls around ESEE

Great Decision, Looking forward to see what comes of the knife as well.

Thx, for the update.

Glad I didn't purchase the IZZY II yet! I can't wait. A big +1 for a Kydex sheath.

COUNT ME IN!

This is NOT anything ESEE was involved in. In fact, anything on this forum not posted by the Rowen's or Mike P or myself is not "official." Katie asked us about this and we told her to decide it amongst the mods and leave us out of it.

Are you trying to tell me that my nav cards are coming from a rogue operative?

I'm always in for a group knife, and I'm really enjoying the I2. Just picked up a drop loop sheath from Condawa to try out while on the trail. This little knife is getting a lot more hip time. Looking forward to the DB kydex if possible.

Just tell me when to pay Mrs. S!
