Rat, the Glock of knives!

glocks can melt in hell. RAT blades are the SIG P226's of knives. Superior materials and precision engineering and manufacturing, offering a perfect balance of ergonomics and performance in a gorgeous, sexy, rediculously reliable, accurate and fast package. Glocks are made by frenchies (ew) and if they are not made by them, all the profits go to them. I will still never forgive SIG for so horrendously marring the reputation of the SIG 550 line by selling that overpriced molded plastic POS wannabe 550 for 2000+ dollars in the US while swiss and austrian civilians can buy them for the equivelant of 500 dollars US in any gun shop... while us americans have to pay 15 grand for the real deal. Sigh, rant is over. I have a job now though, so maybe a 15,000 dollar rifle is a possibility...

Amen Brother.

Rats arent square, or blocky and they actually fit well in my hand!!!

Long live the P220!!!!!!

Do it! The Glock 21 is a great gun. I have mine sitting here on the desk as I'm typing this. 13+1 rounds of .45ACP is big medicine.

Rats are like Glocks- simple as pie, reliable as hammers.

Speaking of Glocks- wouldn't it be nice to get that Tenifer finish on a knife? I've yet to see any metal coating that holds up as well as that stuff does. I've been using my Glock 19 fairly heavily for six years now, and I still don't have a single mark on the slide.

Tennifer isnt that black finish. Thats just some kind of parkerizing. Your Glock would still be protected if all of that wore off, because the tennifer is under it. It is a treatment to the metal called ferritic nitrocarburizing.

;)

You are all wrong. The RATs are like revolvers. Yeap! That's right: wheel guns. Perfection in reliability. Nothing tougher.:D

I was considering changing my analogy to Revolvers. Ruger Specifically. Tough as nails, USA made, simple, and reliable.

RC knives are more ergonomic than every Glock. Now if RC knives had the worst shaped, finger grooved, hump backed grips in the industry?

Then the O.P. would be on to something.

Although I have and love my Glock 17, I find the RC knives more akin to my 1911. heavy duty, carbon steel and screw on grips.

Although I do not think any guns are really "ugly" I think that RAT Cutlery knives are better looking than most others. Of course, only my opinion.

Glocks yes, RATS no.

There is plenty at that price point to choose from then the common RATS.
Heck Ontario's RAT knives IMHO are decent and cheaper too.

Actually, get a Becker Campanion BK2 (a prybar, hammer and knife all-in-1) and never look back! Try that with the thin RAT.

Sorry, RATS belong in the the sewers where they belong.

If you need a "prybar, hammer, and knife all in 1. . . ."

YER DOIN' THINGS WRONG!

Freakin' Les Stroud has done the planet with a freakin' multitool and/or a Buck 119. What's your excuse?

I Have a BK2. Great knife, but it leaves a lot to be desired. You will also learn that a knife is not designed to be a hammer or a pry bar and that RATs do what a KNIFE is supposed to do.

btw.. even though it'd be difficult due to the extremely thick blade, break your BK2 or any other knife (including ontario RATs) and see if the company will send you a new one no questions asked. Let me know how that works out for you.

Where do Trolls belong? :p

If the Glock runs out of amo I still have my rc4. Needs no amo, or spare parts. In my country you can carry a rat without problems.

I think my RATs have a better chance of cycling JHP ammo than my 1911...

:D

Sorry to hear that but my Colt is 100% reliable with everything ive fed it, just like my glock a working tool that I trust with my life. 1911s have been around for nearly 100 years and have stood the test of time and still the first choice of many of todays top shooters, military, law enforcement, and competition shooters. I have owned 4 glocks and they were all winners but there is something about 1911s that stir my soul beyond just simply another hammer. Rat knives have that same quality that goes beyond just another tool. Im not part of any hammer forums and im guessing we all feel the same.
Ok, I feel better now. :D
