RAT vs. ESEE knives

I'm a little confused. Is there any difference between the RAT RC-3 and the ESEE RC-3? Neither of these is made by Ontario, right? I'm assuming it's just the logo change, but want to make sure before I make a purchase. Thanks guys and gals.
 
Nevermind. I think I found my answer in the ESEE info sticky. I justr want to make sure I'm not getting one of the Ontario made knives. Thanks again.
