Hand ground vented tanto with a 2-tone satin
Machine satin on the flats and a hand satin on the grinds
Hard anodized frame
Stingray inlay on the front
Hand satin on the clip
The Chain Drive opens up the knife with authority and without fail
Centering is dead on

2. Olamic Wayfarer - very good condition - $500
Number W406
Full-sized 4" blade version, not the 247
2-tone blade with satin flats and mirror polished grinds
Says on the card that it was the first Wayfarer to be mirror polished
Void-free polished and contoured carbon fiber scales
Satin finished liners with interior jeweling and full backspacer
Tumbled clip
There are some fine scratches on the blade that I couldn't get on camera and there are some scuffs on the backspacer but nothing that can't be fixed with a quick trip back to Olamic
Very comfortable in hand, smooth action, tight lockup, and perfect centering

3. Emerson CQC-7 Flipper BT with Steve Butcher Scales - like new - $315 --> Sold
Serial number 0040
S35VN ball bearing flipper from Emerson that flips like a dream
Custom made bolstered scales
Hand-carved tribal skull design on the black G-10 bolsters
The rest is black canvas micarta
The scales are thicker than the stock ones but the extra thickness makes the knife even more comfortable in hand
Smooth action, nice lockup, and centering is dead on
Comes with the box and the original scales

4. Emerson Sheepdog Bowie SF - near mint - $200
Serial number 0678
It's weird but Emerson makes some of the best bearing flippers on the market
Not completely broken in yet but already flips 100% reliably and is fall-shut smooth
Perfect centering and solid lockup
There's some lock stick but nothing unusual and should get better with use
Comes with the box and papers

5. Benchmade 530 Pardue - carried and used - $50 --> Sold
REI limited edition with an upgraded S30V blade and blue scales
The tip has snapped off and there are scratches on the blade
The plastic has some scuffs
Has no major edge damage other than the tip
It's somewhat dull and could use a sharpening
Still mechanically sound, locks with zero up-and-down play and the action is smooth
Centering favors the front side and there's some slight rubbing on the plastic
Still has plenty of life left and would make a solid beater knife
