The RMD is one of the best mid sized production knives in history imo. Other than a custom I can not think of a better 5 inch knife, and it really is a heck of a deal at 140 bucks.

Just got a RMD too. Now I just need to get rid of all other mid sized knives I own. Absolutely no use for them. This is the most comfortable blade I have ever held. No exaggeration. Now I need to get one for each of my kids.

There is one "custom shop variant" idea floating around that would make a significant impact in Swamp, if not fixed-blade knife, history..

Oh, I know. But I was unaware that there was even talk about it. I have seen where people have mentioned that would like to see one at random times over the years, but I've never seen any real discussion.

INFI RMD has been mentioned prior to the N2K RMD, but never brought to this level of finished concept. It's still debatable on handle material and choil/non-choil, but half-nuked INFI SE-type RMD is what it is in a nutshell.

It's not a huge complication to produce this one, basically a slightly modified INFI RMD SE FFG.
