Rato Bhairav and Chainpuri for 12/20

No, these chainpuri are not part of the production line. They are sourced from chainpur district and imported.
It is what you see is what you get and get them while they are offered, as they are not regularly offered.

I thought when I ordered the first one that appeared that it would be a one-of-a-kind type of thing, clearly that isn't the case. It's still something I can't wait to own though, and they don't appear regularly so that's good.

They are one of kind as they are hand made and each has very distinctive attributes but if it has a "name" then there is most likely others that look very similar to it.

Hello Karda

How does the steel quality/treatment compares to the "Regular" HI?

well anything that is hand made is one of a kind, and even if not sourced to the kami of HI they were sourced to the Kami of famous villages for khukuris in nepal, as this is Himalayan imports, not just , yangdu's own kamis, we still support the same cause and get the same great product, though I too like to have some HI marks on my blade, I picked up a very nice blade from dharan, another village with a similar reputation to chainpur, these are not typical offerings, but I suspect they will be pretty similar in quality to HI ( though I still give the nod to HI as they are clearly display models, fancier than most of the rugged HI blades which are meant for labor)
