yeah I'm leaning towards a HEST also for my seventh or eighth purchase.

RATs can bring some new life to a older dog.enjoy your RC-3:p

I started buying knives at an early age myself. I raised rabbits (with my grandfathers help of course) but did almost all of the rabbit sales myself :)

Started getting cheap made knives at an early age and then when I was 15 I started working-part time and buying some more expensive ($45-$65 knives, in early 80's prices).

In my twenties I purchased more expensive prodction knives but got out of it for many years, (I either sold them or gave them all away), until about 4 years ago.

I have NEVER seen the quality and attention to detail and "hard useness" that RAT provides and I plan on getting more RAT knives and being brand loyal.
