rattlehwak?

The price was roughly $337, and the Rucki was roughly $347.

But, like Eric, I was hungover too, but those are more accurate numbers compared to somwhere between $200 and $400 :D

Looking at the pics on Eric's Photobucket account, I think Swamp Rat has some of the best looking blades at the show.

I'm really liking these...

Was there a preorder option at Blade for it?
Negative. They took no preorder of any kind at this show. Welll let me rephrase that. If you scored a deep discount tag or free one then I guess to an extent you pre ordered it but that is it. I think many models such as the warhawk will be available through the site but I dont think that applys to all of the models, atleast the AA's. Pretty certain they said they were making less then 10 of each of the AA's but dont hold me to it, so much stuff crammed in my little noggin in only 3 days.

deric thank's for the comparison pic's. it look's like i might have to wrap the handle a little to thicken it up.

From what I remember, the handle was thicker than avg. Not as wide but definately thicker than normal.

good to know thank you. how was it when holding it in the finger groove's?

I would have liked to see a 19 inch overall length, but at 3/8 that's a whole lotta beef!!!!!!!!

I throw hawks, and wonder how this would hold up to such nonsense!

I have been desiring a Busse or kin war hawk for some time, and have almost jumped on the previous SwampRat version.

Does anyone else see how dangerous it looks to use the choked up grip? it looks like the sharpened underside of the spike could very easily slice your wrist/forearm.

Thought I was the only one that noticed that myself.
