He posted a Ratweiler for 265.00, I said I would take it, pay him today between 10 &12, paid at 12:03, he returned my money and said keep it !! We worked a deal, he got his money, all I want is for him to keep the deal !!! Any help ??

Im not even going to argue with this guy. I have numerous emails of you backing out on deals with me in the past. And on this particular thread you said you will take it and you didn't even have the funds. You are supposed to ask if I can hold a blade for you first before saying ill take it. You then told me you would send the funds between 10 and 12 and you didn't. I have 100% feedback on here.

You know, I usually stay out of most of these, but I watched that sales thread develop at the time as I wanted the blade, but was late to the party. This is really a petty, crap thread against the seller. I'd deal with Nicksison anytime. He was gracious enough to give A CHANCE against his better judgment, and gets repaid with this garbage in GBU.
 
As far as I'm aware if you ask to buy something the idea is that you essentially have "money in hand". Not that you claim it like the front seat of the car on a trip and then pay later.

Some people have circumstances for wanting to sell their knives where they need money. Unless you work out some sort of arrangement beforehand. Sellers on here are under no sort of contractual obligation to sell to any one specific person who decides they want something.

My advice: communicate your intentions more clearly and prior to claiming ability to purchase. Realize this isn't a retail store and you are entitled to absolutely nothing unless otherwise agreed upon. Don't make threads like this unless there was a legitimate wrong doing. It reflects more poorly on you than anyone else.

You said "I'll Take It" but had conditions, you didn't meet those conditions and then start a thread maligning the Seller.

3 Strikes and you're out. I'm sick of the entitlement crowd. Help- sure I'll help by putting you on my ignore list.
