Raven 2 .... Paramilitary 2 replacement/alternative ?

Picked up a Raven 2 the other day and I think its a great alternative to a Paramilitary 2. The quality is up there and the blade steel is great. For the money I think it would make a great option for anyone who wants a Para2 that cant afford one right now or just wants something a bit different.

The specs on both knives are very close, size, weight. The para having the superior locks is the big pull for the Para2 in my opinion but, I don't mind the liner lock on the Raven 2. Given the price difference that raven 2 is a winner I think. If your on a budget or not.

Thanks much @Sal Glesser, coming from you that means a lot! I know a lot of people especially the younger folks on here may not all have the cash on had for a Para2 ( I know I couldn't afford something like a Para2 when I was 18 and still in school). Your design is excellent and I was supervised when it didn't get the press I felt it deserved.

I hope more people get to check this knife out. Its excellent!
