Ray, I wont be making Boise this year but hope to make it next year. John, the guard is wrought iron with 9010 copper nickel spacers but the raven is pure iron, no carbon, therefore not much scale very nice for hot carving Patina is just hot blue. hear are a couple more pic's

The way you incorporated your carving into the buttcap and shaped the buttcap to go with the rest of the knife is original and well executed.

The direction your work is moving in is built upon a solid foundation and has been displaying huge leaps in both design and execution.
