Raven's tang.

I think the tang on the Raven has a large hole through it, and I'm wondering is that hole filled with G10 or is it left hollow?

Yes, the hole is there for weight reduction to give the knife more of a blad heavy balance. I have used the hole for storing goodies in removeable handle models as well. The hole is normally left empty.
